What is AIBE?
The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a national-level entrance examination conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The BCI conducts the exam to assess the candidate’s capability to practice the profession of law in the country. The written test aims to assess the candidate’s analytical abilities and understanding of basic knowledge of the law. Candidates who stand out in the AIBE exam will be awarded a “Certificate of Practice.”

AIBE 16 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have passed in 3 years or 5 years LL.B. degree from a BCI recognized law school will be eligible to apply online for the AIBE exam. There is no minimum or maximum age limit. One should also enrol with their respective State Bar Council to register for the exam.
AIBE Registration 2021
Interested candidates who satisfy the eligibility conditions will be allowed to apply online for the AIBE exam through the official portal www.allindiabarexamination.com. It is mandatory to enrol with their state bar council before kick-starting the AIBE registration 2021. Aspirants should pay Rs 3560 as the registration fee to submit the application fee.

AIBE Education Qualification
Candidates should hold 3 years or 5 years LL.B. degree from a BCI recognized law school. One should note that there is no minimum percentage to qualify in the examination in order to register for the AIBE exam.
AIBE Enrollment with State Bar Council
It is mandatory for all the law graduates/aspirants to enrol with their respective State Bar Council to appear for the AIBE exam. One should enrol as advocates with their State Bar Councils, under Section 24 (1) (f) of Advocates Act, 1961
AIBE Age Limit And Number of Attempts
Candidates should note that there is no upper or lower age limit to appear for AIBE Exam. They should also note that there is no restriction on the number of attempts for AIBE. One can appear for the AIBE exam any number of times.

Step 2: Go to the registration link available on the homepage.
Step 3: Fill in the details in the AIBE registration form on the website.
Step 4: Enter the enrollment number and state code as per the enrollment certificate.
Step 5: Check email ID for registration number and password.
Step 6: Choose the examination centre. Step
7: Again go to the homepage and login. Step
8: Pay the registration fee

9: Submit the AIBE application form.

10: Download the AIBE exam application form and keep the hard copy of the same for future reference.
